Trouble with a video session?
- Reload the session page and allow your browser to use your camera and microphone.
- Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox and close other apps that use the camera or microphone.
- Check your internet connection — a stable Wi-Fi often helps.
- If it still doesn't work, report the problem in your dashboard right after the session or email us. We review every case — our refund rules apply to technical problems.
